Below is the WONDERFUL invitation to the Athens Alumnae Kick Off Event! It is next Thursday the 29th at 5:30pm at the Zeta House! Please email ztaathensalumni@gmail.com if you wish to attend. We will be meeting on the back deck and then having dinner with the Gamma Pi new members as part of their Link Week celebration leading up to initiation on Sunday the 2nd!

We will also be announcing some of the other great events planned for the next couple of months and get ideas from yall about what you would like to do!

Remember alumnae dues are $40 (what a bargin!) and checks can be made out to Zeta Tau Alpha Athens Alumnae.

Gamma Pi Bid Day recap

I have received a lot of questions about how bid day was this year for Gamma Pi and let me just say it was AMAZING! The members did such a great job during recruitment and have a wonderful new member class. Here is the link to my recap of bid day! THANK YOU TO THE ALUMNAE that came to celebrate with us! August Officers Meeting

August 30th the officers of the Zeta Tau Alpha Athens Alumnae chapter got together to discuss the events for the upcoming year. Co- President Diane Johnson was a wonderful hostess and we thank her for her hospitality. Officers caught up on some "housekeeping" issues and got ready for the upcoming year planning events.

Our kick off event is tentatively scheduled for August 29th at the Gamma Pi house on South Milledge. MORE DETAILS TO COME!

Mark your calendars now for ZETA DAY! February 18th in Atlanta! It is always great to get together with our sisters from around Georgia!

July Alumnae Meeting

On July 20th the Athens Alumnae had a meeting at Buffalos Cafe. It was great to catch up with everyone after the summer! New officers were selected for the upcoming year and an officer meeting was scheduled for August. The Athens alumnae are excited to start off the school year!
The opportunity to help provide a pasta dish for the Gamma Pi chapter was announced and volunteers signed up. The collegians definitely enjoyed the home cooked meal during rush workshop week! THANK YOU ALUMNAE!
